What is Workstyle?

Workstyle is Boxer Property’s alternative to traditional coworking. We offer private offices with access to shared amenities at no additional cost.

How is Workstyle different from coworking?

Workstyle offers the privacy of executive offices with the finishes and amenities of a coworking space. Most operators tack on additional fees for the amenities that are provided. All our spaces include complimentary WiFi, free conference room hours, huddle rooms, upscale lounge areas, and coffee bars.

How long are our license agreements?

We offer spaces on a 12-month term. However, you are free to expand your space at any time during your agreement. Some restrictions apply.

Is the building accessible 24/7?

Our spaces are accessible 24/7 and utilize a secure access system.

Is parking included?

Unreserved onsite parking is available to Workstyle customers at no additional cost. Reserved parking is available for an additional fee at select locations.

Can I upgrade my office?

You can expand your office space at any time during your lease.

Can customers work from any location?

Customers must work from their location only. Nationwide access is not available currently.
